Created over the final two semesters of undergrad (research and design), the final design for the proposed Onyx Boutique Hotel features over 100,000 sq. ft. of existing sky-rise building converted into boutique hotel inspired by phenomenology and emotional/experiential design theory. The Billie S. Farnum serves as the blank canvas for the proposed hotel adjacent to tourist and fashion-specific demographics. This final capstone project includes Preliminary Research, Concept Design, Schematic Design, Design Development, and Contract Administration Phases.
Created using Revit, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe InDesign.
